DESIGN AS PROCESS
When a client or organization wants a designer, they are really buying into two things: individual style, and industry knowledge. We believe that both of these fundamental designer features are derived from a thoughtful “process.” A good designer is in constant communication with themselves, their client, and their past work. In project management speak: creative projects tend towards agile workflow. Prioritizing a back-and-forth, constantly asking questions, bridging the gaps between designers and production members — this is what we mean by “design as process.” It is our core principle and we hope any designer who partners with us will follow it.
MONSOON DESIGNERS
We are seeking designers who want the benefits of our equipment and software licenses to partner with. We get networked into more clients, and designers get access to licenses and equipment to be used for their project. It’s a win-win in our mind, which is why we only charge a small fee for being covered under our comprehensive workers’ comp policy.
